Types of Tournaments

RummyCulture offers you various free and paid tournaments for you to choose from. There are tournaments happening at every hour, whether in the early morning or late at night.

Free Tournaments

There are 2 types of Free Tournaments available

• Daily Free Tournaments: These tournaments run every day and have entry fees of Rs 0 and Rs 1, but they offer you real cash prizes.

• Saturday Bumper Tournament: Our Saturday Bumper Tournament is the most popular and has the maximum number of participants. We also hold the record for the largest online rummy tournament in the world on Saturday, 11th July 2020.

Cash Tournaments

As the name suggests, Cash Tournaments are played with real cash and have real cash prizes as well. These tournaments have varying entry fees and run at regular intervals throughout the day and night. Players need to add cash to their RummyCulture accounts to play in these tournaments. There are 2 types of Cash Tournaments

• 1-Winner/2-Winner/All Winner Tournaments: These are tournaments with a fixed number of players and thus a fixed prize pool. The winners take home the entire prize pool.

• Multi-Table Tournaments: In these tournaments, the prize pool varies depending on the number of players who have joined.

Monthly Tournaments

One of the most liked tournaments of RummyCulture is the Monthly Millionaire Tournament with the biggest prize pool that runs into lakhs. This tournament runs for a month with three different stages:

• Daily Satellite Tournament: Move through 3 rounds of Deals Rummy gameplay to become one of the 12 winners to get a FREE TICKET to the Millionaire Weekly Finale that takes place on Saturdays!

• Weekly Satellite Tournament: Enter the tournament with cash or use the Free Ticket from Daily Satellite, and move through 4 rounds of Deals Rummy gameplay to become one of the 144 winners to get CASH prizes and a FREE TICKET to the Millionaire Mega Finale!

• Monthly Satellite Tournament: This is the MEGA FINALE that takes place at the end of the month and has a huge prize pool running into lakhs.

Club Tournaments

These tournaments are exclusively for different club members of RummyCulture, such as 'Loyalty Club Tournament' and 'Scratch & Win Tournament'. The players must belong to the specific club to enter and play these tournaments.

Online Tournaments Rules

It’s easy to join Rummyculture tournaments. Just follow these simple steps and you will be on your way to have a great time & earn a lot of money.

• Go to Lobby by login or registration on the top navigation panel and select the “Tournaments” tab on the screen.

• All tournaments (both cash and freeroll) are displayed here and you can select the one that you want to join.

• In the corresponding list of tournaments, simply click on the “Register” button for a tournament that you wish to join.

Details of Rummyculture's Tournaments

• The System randomly places players across multiple tables based on the number of players who join a tournament.

• There is a maximum & minimum number of participants required for every tournament.

• The maximum number will be 6 players around a table.

• The value of the prize pool may vary in case the minimum number of people do not fill in till the time of starting of the tournament.

• Management reserves the right to cancel or modify the tournament prize pool or any other element without any prior information to the player.

• The tournaments are usually on a first-come-first-serve basis.

• If the registered player does not show up at the time of the tournament, the game will start with his/her seat reserved on autoplay mode.

• If this player misses 3 consecutive turns the player will be considered dropped and the game will be over for the player.

• If he/she comes before the drop, then the player can continue the game from that point on.

• When a player registers (whether seats are available or waitlisted), the registration fees will be deducted from their account.

• Players can even register when all seats are full. They will get waitlisted which is strictly on a first come first serve basis.

• Any registered player may withdraw his registration prior to the time of the closure of the registrations of the tournament. In such a case Waitlist #1 will get the seat.

• No cancellations will be entertained if less than 5 minutes are remaining before the start time of the tournament.

• Waitlisted players who don’t get a seat will get a refund of the registration fee.

• If the tournament is canceled, then full fees will be refunded.

• Tournament start and cancellation email and SMS will be sent to players.

• If the registered player is online on our site and playing any other game, a popup window will be displayed to them indicating that the tournament is about to begin, provided that the player has allowed our popup.

Free Entry Tournaments & Entry Fee Tournaments

• Each player is allocated a fixed number of tournament chips at the beginning of each round.

• A fixed number of games will be played by players seated at tables, and the number of games played will be equal to the number of players seated at that table.

• At the end of each deal, the winner wins tournament chips from all losing players depending on their score.

• Based on the number of players that qualify from each table, players with higher chip counts will succeed to play in the next round.

• Each Tournament will have different sets of rounds depending on the number of players in the tournament which will be published along with the tournament details in the lobby page.

Terms and Conditions

• All tournaments have fixed seats. Please make yourself available at the specified time to be able to join tournaments.

• Final prizes and winnings in tournaments are dependent on the number of players playing the tournament.

• All players are randomly allocated on the tables to play in the tournament.

• In case of any dispute in the selection of the winners, the decision of Rummyculture shall be final and binding.

• Terms of service are applicable to all services offered on RummyCulture.
